These are certainly crazy times right now but we wanted to take a minute and let you know that we are here for you. Platinum Paws will continue to remain open….and while I won’t say “it’s business as usual” we are here to serve your needs both in grooming and pet food. We are considered an essential business. Our staff is healthy and happy, and ready to work.
As everyone knows we are a very small store and it’s very rare for there to be more than one or two customers in the lobby at a time. If you would like, feel free to hang out in your car until the lobby clears if there are people inside to continue to practice social distancing. We are also more than happy to bring out your food to you and take payment over the phone. We can also come and get your pet out of your vehicle for it’s grooming appointment if that is what you are comfortable with.
If you prefer to come in, that’s great! Platinum Paws has always had extremely high standards for cleanliness. In fact we’ve always gotten compliments when it comes to that. Not only do we continue to practice everything we have always done but we have added even more sanitizing in between customers. In fact the front desk is sanitized after every single customer.
What we need from you: if you are uncomfortable making a trip to Platinum Paws for your pets grooming needs all we ask is that you give us a call and let us know if you have an appointment in the next couple weeks and we can cancel that and we will see you on your next appointment. It is a personal choice for our employees as it is for you to continue coming to Platinum paws during this time of uncertainty.
Regardless of what happens or where this takes us we must always remain united and positive.
